This year, the students of Budapest School Budaörs added a dash of colourful chaos to the BABtér every Tuesday, with the help of animation instructor Luca Módy. They tried the paper cut-out technique, made clay animation, and brought their own ideas to create original journeys around the tricktables.
The idea for Animation classes came from the fact that the diverse world of animation has incredible capacity for encouraging and creativity in children. Our collaboration grew out of this thought. The goal of Budapest School Budaörs team is to provide a safe environment in which kids can learn and think freely, while gaining essential skills necessary to be successful in the 21st century. "We believe in the power of community, in lifelong learning, and in the importance of critical thinking." And having gained experience in the craft, the kids are ready to test themselves as a qualified jury at the 11th Primanima.
